Tech Evidence operates with absolute discretion whenever, and wherever possible, with all of our clients. Our priority is to protect the privacy of the client, their information, their losses, and any potential victim. Unless we are under legal due process of a court order, we shall not reveal anything to anyone without your express written consent. We use a written contract for service to protect your interest and ours in these matters.
We understand that an organization such as Tech Evidence can be requested in lieu of public sector agencies. Often, this is to protect the welfare of clients, accounts, or when a company reputation is on the line either from illicit activity from within, or as a result of some scandalous document, email, or statement.
Tech Evidence employees or subcontractors are obligated to report to law enforcement authorities any detected and confirmed felony crime of violence, other felony, or physical crime against another person, any sexual crime, and most importantly any crime against a child. We also have the ability to be present with any client who wishes to report their own evidence of a crime, and assist them in an expeditious and professional reporting effort. We are not attorneys and should not be used in place of sound legal professionals.
Tech Evidence strives to be a truly "Private" investigation firm. Discretion and confidentiality are our priority.
